A different way of living.

For over 10 years, I worked in high-pressure sales environments, where the relentless pace and pressure eventually led me to develop an autoimmune disease. It became the catalyst for rethinking everything. I stepped away from a system centred around money, constant pressure, consumption and productivity, and moved towards a slower, more intentional way of living—spending time off-grid, learning to grow and forage food, and reconnecting with the land.

That experience completely changed how I viewed health, food, community and our relationship with the natural world. By reconnecting with nature, I found a deeper sense of purpose and realised that the way we design our landscapes directly shapes the way we live, think and feel.

From Sales to Soil was born from that transition. Today, I work as a regenerative gardener and permaculture designer, creating spaces that restore biodiversity, regenerate soil, grow food and reconnect people with the natural world. Alongside this, I facilitate cross-cultural permaculture experiences that bring together hands-on learning, ecological design and local knowledge to help people develop practical skills while building a deeper understanding of regenerative living.
